We embrace builder culture and minimize scheduled meetings for ad-hoc discussions and maximized focus on coding and creating.</li> </ul> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Tasks</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>As an early-stage Mobile Software Developer, you'll take significant ownership of the app's architecture and user experience. You'll build our mobile technical foundation from the ground up, making the key calls on UI architecture, state management, API integration and performance monitoring.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the product beyond the interface:</strong> You'll take full accountability for your features end to end. That means managing complex local state, building smooth user journeys and ensuring native-level performance. You'll write, ship and iterate on your own code.</li> <li><strong>Design scalable, smart architecture:</strong> You'll build a robust mobile foundation using patterns like MVVM or TCA that connect seamlessly with our Effect-based backend and AI systems. Expect to take on tough engineering challenges around real-time synchronization, offline-first capabilities and streaming AI responses.</li> <li><strong>Keep the technical bar high:</strong> You'll track down and fix performance issues like sluggish render cycles or slow app startup times.
