Enterprise customers are already asking for features faster than the team can ship them — you'll change that.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build end-to-end features across the full stack: frontend UI, backend services, and LLM integrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and implement sophisticated AI agent pipelines, then make that complexity invisible to end users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prototype quickly, iterate on real customer feedback, and ship production-grade features at pace.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sit close to real users — translate their behavior and feedback into experiences that genuinely land.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own features from UX through backend logic to prompt design, with full accountability for outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help define how AI agents and procurement professionals interact at scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Treat AI-assisted development as a natural part of your workflow, with clear judgment on when it helps.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong proficiency in <strong>full-stack TypeScript</strong> (frontend and backend).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sharp intuition for working with LLMs — prompting, tuning, and integrating them into real products.
