France Launches 2026 Small Grants Programme: Receive Up to €4,600 for Civil Society Projects in the Caribbean

<p>The French Regional Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action (SCAC) has officially launched the <strong data-start="1342" data-end="1373">2026 Small Grants Programme</strong>, offering civil society organizations an excellent opportunity to secure funding for innovative development initiatives across the Eastern Caribbean and neighboring countries.</p> <p data-start="1551" data-end="1775">The programme is designed to strengthen local organizations by financing projects that address important social, environmental, cultural, and economic challenges while promoting sustainable development throughout the region.</p> <p data-start="1777" data-end="2079">Since its creation in <strong data-start="1799" data-end="1807">2021</strong>, the Small Grants Programme has successfully supported <strong data-start="1863" data-end="1888">40 impactful projects</strong> across the 11 countries covered by SCAC.
