<p>Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join the Tendem project (<a href="https://tendem.ai/" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">https://tendem.ai/</a>) and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.</p>
<p>In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and strategic vision necessary to build strong, modern visual foundations. </p>
<p>This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in brand asset creation, visual identity development, and maintaining brand consistency.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>

<li>Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes. </li>
<li>Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements. </li>
<li>Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits. </li>
<li>Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards. </li>
<li>Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How to get started </strong></p>
<p>Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise — on your own schedule. From creating training prompts to refining AI-generated outputs, you’ll help shape how AI understands and builds cohesive brand identities.<br /><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.</li>
<li>Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems. </li>
<li>Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets. </li>
<li>Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials. </li>
<li>Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use.</li>
<li>English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Project time expectations</strong></p>
<p>For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active. </p>
<p><strong>Compensation </strong></p>
<p>On this project, contributors can earn up to <strong>$40 per hour equivalent</strong>, depending on their level and pace of contribution. </p>
<p>Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.</p>
