Freelance Localization Tester - German

You will review localized experiences, identify linguistic and functional issues, and provide feedback that helps improve the traveler experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join our global localization team and help travelers discover, book, and enjoy the world’s most exciting destinations.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Test new features on our website and app</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform regular sanity-check testing rounds across our website and app</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow our style guides and glossary</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct LQA and functionality checks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, document, and report localization issues and functional bugs</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Required Skills</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Native-level proficiency in German required</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong verbal and written command of English</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience in website and/or app testing, with the ability to spot localization issues and functionality bugs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with Jira and bug-filing workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in LQA and/or localization testing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relevant academic or professional background in testing, translation, linguistics, or a related field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Quick learner who is comfortable adopting new tools and technologies in a fast-moving industry</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Versatile multitasker who can manage workflows, information, and processes across different project types</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
