Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy. We need a specialist who knows how to communicate complex information beautifully, turning raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers. You will utilize various tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, alongside Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. </p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences. </li><li>Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy. </li><li>Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency. </li><li>Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables. </li><li>Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery. </li></ul><p><strong>How to get started </strong></p><p>Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise — on your own schedule. </p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.</li><li>Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks. </li><li>Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts. </li><li>Data &amp; information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling. </li><li>Typography &amp; animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.</li><li>English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness. </li><li>Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently. </li><li><strong>Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Project time expectations </strong></p><p>For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.</p><p></p><p><strong>Compensation </strong></p><p>On this project, contributors can earn up to <strong>$50 per hour equivalent</strong>, depending on their level and pace of contribution. </p><p>Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.</p>
