You'll play a key role in shaping our brand, improving conversion rates, and helping millions of women discover a new way to stay fit.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>✅ Design high-converting static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display, and other paid advertising platforms</p> <p>✅ Create compelling landing page graphics, website banners, and promotional materials</p> <p>✅ Design product visuals, mockups, packaging concepts, and marketing materials that align with our premium brand</p> <p>✅ Work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, media buyers, video editors, and CRO specialists to bring campaign ideas to life</p> <p>✅ Develop engaging social media content that strengthens Skinnify's brand presence</p> <p>✅ Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all channels while ensuring brand consistency</p> <p>✅ Organize design files, templates, and creative assets for efficient collaboration</p> <p>✅ Continuously improve creatives based on performance data, A/B testing, and customer feedback</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>✔️ Proven Ad Design Experience - You’ve created successful ad images for e-commerce or DTC brands (fitness/fashion is a big plus)</p> <p>✔️ DTC E-commerce Experience – Experience creating high-performing creatives for ecommerce brands (fashion, fitness, beauty, or consumer products is a big plus)</p> <p>✔️ Advanced Design Software Skills – Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar professional design tools</p> <p>✔️ Performance-Driven Mindset – You understand that great design should not only look beautiful but also drive conversions</p> <p>✔️ Creative Problem Solver – Able to translate marketing ideas into compelling visual concepts</p> <p>✔️ Attention to Detail – Pixel-perfect execution with consistently high-quality work</p> <p>✔️ Collaborative Yet Independent – Comfortable receiving feedback while taking ownership of your projects</p> <p>✔️ Organized &#x26; Reliable – Able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines</p> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>📈 Join a Hyper-Growth Brand – From 0 to 150,000+ customers in 3 years. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall.
