<h2>Your mission</h2> <p>Based in Berlin, you'll build the user-facing experiences that turn complex supply chain intelligence into something industrial teams can actually use. You'll work full-stack, with your primary home in Vue.js, translating product and design requirements into features that are intuitive, reliable, and fast. You'll own your work end-to-end: from the first component to the API it calls, from shipping to learning from what breaks.</p> <h2>What You’ll Be Working On</h2> <h2>Frontend Development</h2> <ul> <li>Build and improve features in our Vue.js application.</li> <li>Deliver high-quality UI/UX with attention to performance, responsiveness, and usability.</li> <li>Implement designs accurately, flag concerns early, and reduce friction in existing user flows.</li> <li>Contribute to frontend architecture, component structure, and shared patterns.</li> </ul> <h2>Backend &#x26; Business Logic</h2> <ul> <li>Implement backend features and endpoints in Python/Django when the feature needs it.</li> <li>Work with existing APIs, data models, and services, following established patterns.</li> <li>Debug and resolve issues that span frontend and backend with support from the team.</li> </ul> <h2>APIs &#x26; Integrations</h2> <ul> <li>Build and extend APIs that reliably support product needs.</li> <li>Contribute to the clean structure and maintainability of our backend services.</li> </ul> <h2>Automation &#x26; Lightweight Integrations</h2> <ul> <li>Deliver small automations and integrations using tools like n8n.</li> <li>Build internal workflows that cut manual processes and support the business.</li> </ul> <h2>AI-Assisted Development</h2> <ul> <li>Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a daily multiplier to draft code, refactor, explore alternatives, and ship faster.</li> <li>Identify opportunities where AI can simplify complexity or improve quality across the codebase.</li> </ul> <h2>Engineering Collaboration</h2> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product and Design to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet real user needs.</li> <li>Contribute to code reviews, ask questions early, and communicate clearly about progress and blockers.</li> </ul> <h2>Who We’re Looking For</h2> <p>You have strong frontend instincts and the curiosity to go full-stack when the feature demands it.</p> <h2>Must-Have</h2> <ul> <li>Experience building user interfaces with Vue.js or a comparable modern framework (React also valued).</li> <li>Solid frontend fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, state management, API integration.</li> <li>A focus on building clean, reliable, user-friendly experiences.</li> <li>AI-assisted development is already part of your daily workflow, not something you're considering.</li> </ul> <h2>Great If You Also Bring</h2> <ul> <li>Experience with Python and Django.</li> <li>Understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and databases.</li> <li>Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.</li> <li>Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> </ul> <h2>Mindset</h2> <ul> <li>You take ownership: you follow through, communicate when blocked, and don't wait to be chased.</li> <li>You care about users.
