A 50-person team spanning 18+ countries, building from Zurich under one of the world's most rigorous regulatory frameworks.</p><p>We're moving fast, building in public, and driven by the conviction that open financial rails should be as usable as they are powerful.</p><p>The FX &amp; Treasury Operations Manager will ensure we run <strong>competitive, efficient, and compliant foreign exchange operations</strong> while building out the backbone of our treasury processes. </p><p><strong>The north star: get better FX rates for our users and ensure seamless backend settlement.</strong></p><p></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>FX Trading &amp; Rate Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Negotiate and secure better FX spreads with partner banks/liquidity providers.</p></li><li><p>Monitor daily FX exposure and execute trades to optimize costs.</p></li><li><p>Implement hedging strategies where relevant.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Treasury &amp; Settlement Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee backend payment operations, including daily reconciliations, settlement flows, and exception handling.</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth treasury movements across multiple currencies and accounts with partner bank and other PSPs.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with finance on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Risk &amp; Compliance Alignment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor for FX, liquidity, and operational risks; propose mitigation measures.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all FX/treasury ops meet regulatory standards.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Process &amp; System Building</strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner with product/engineering to optimize FX rate engines and backend ops tools.</p></li><li><p>Define and implement SOPs for treasury and trading operations.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of settlement processes.</p><p></p></li></ul></li></ul><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li><p>5–8 years in <strong>FX trading, treasury ops, or payments treasury</strong> (bank, fintech, or PSP background preferred).</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>cross-border payment flows, FX markets, and settlement mechanics</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on in running <strong>treasury ops and reconciliations</strong>—not just policy-level.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset; experience working with liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><em>If you think you have valuable experience to bring to the organization, but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria for the role, we still want to hear from you.
