You will identify opportunities, decide what to build, hire the team, launch and improve products, and drive growth and profitability.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on operating role with direct accountability for business results.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own P&amp;L, business strategy, targets and overall performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, and decide what products and features to build</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with product, engineering and design teams to build and launch products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build the team - hire strong people, set clear goals and manage performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive user growth, engagement, revenue and profitability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build partnerships and operations required to launch and scale the business</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make decisions quickly, solve problems directly and own execution from idea to results</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning P&amp;L, revenue, growth or other measurable business outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product and commercial judgement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and leading strong teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on approach - comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ownership, speed and ability to operate with limited structure</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in fintech, consumer technology or AI is an advantage</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
