(CV Screening)</li> <li>Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse:</li> <ul> <li>Renew and update job postings via the platform.</li> <li>Update the job description to attract more candidates</li> <li>Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.</li> </ul> <li>You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we expect from you</strong></p> <p>We do expect you to:</p> <ul> <li>Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results</li> <li>Have a UK work permit</li> <li>Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you</li> <li>Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments</li> <li>Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.&nbsp;</li> <li>No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Start date</strong></p> <p>Flexible</p> <p>The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
