We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team part-time (25 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.<br><br>Since 1988, Miranda Creative has partnered with more than 6,000 clients across finance, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, tourism, and government. We welcome you to Miranda Creative and look forward to learning more about you.<br><br>This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys bringing brands to life through thoughtful design, understands the importance of consistency, and has experience creating both static and motion-based content. The primary focus of this position will be supporting production needs, ensuring brand standards are implemented accurately, and helping deliver high-quality creative work across print, digital, social, and web platforms.<br><br>The right candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-focused, and comfortable working within established brand systems while applying strong design judgment. We are seeking someone who is consistently available 5 hours per day ( 9 to 2 EST), and who is located in the Eastern Standard time zone in order to coordinate internal and external meetings and deadlines. We look forward to hearing from you.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support the creative team with ongoing production design needs</li><li>Accurately implement brand guidelines across print, digital, social media, and marketing materials</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables</li><li>Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications</li><li>Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms</li><li>Manage design updates, revisions, and ongoing brand-related projects</li><li>Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital content</li><li>Support the development of social media assets, including short-form video and animated content</li><li>Assist with website and digital design projects using Figma</li><li>Collaborate with creative leadership and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards</li><li>Maintain organized files and follow established creative workflows<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of professional graphic design experience</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Ability to work within established brand guidelines with accuracy and consistency</li><li>Strong production skills and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:</li><ul><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe InDesign</li><li>Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro</li></ul><li>Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits</li><li>Proficiency in Figma for digital design, collaboration, and presentation</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment</li><li>Experience supporting established brands and large-scale marketing campaigns</li><li>Understanding of digital design systems and responsive web design</li><li>Experience preparing files for print production</li><li>Knowledge of animation principles and video storytelling</li><li>Ability to identify design or production issues before they impact timelines<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>This part time role is eligible for pro-rated paid time off benefits.
