<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join a fast-moving, Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency that helps companies across industries acquire more qualified leads and customers. In this role, you won't just advise — you'll develop growth strategies <strong>and execute them yourself</strong>, using proprietary in-house tools built specifically to outpace anything available on the open market.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work across a wide variety of business models and markets, gaining rare behind-the-scenes access to how diverse companies grow — and directly contributing to their results.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute multichannel growth strategies for B2B clients across industries</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run outbound and performance marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and email</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage automations using tools like Clay, Make, and OpenAI-powered workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate with and optimize client CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build reporting infrastructure to track pipeline value, lead quality, and campaign ROI</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use signal-based outreach techniques to generate qualified first meetings for clients</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Challenge existing strategies, identify key growth levers, and drive measurable outcomes</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's or Master's degree plus 1–6 years of relevant experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, consulting, or venture capital)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience in multichannel outbound and/or performance marketing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to build automations while also having a genuine feel for sales and communication</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in both <strong>German and English</strong> (spoken and written) — required</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Right to work in Germany — required (<strong>no visa sponsorship available</strong>)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct, honest communicator with high personal standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reflective working style — you learn from mistakes and grow from them</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4–6 years of experience in high-velocity environments such as B2B SaaS, growth agencies, or VC-backed startups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with tools like Clay, Make, or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> €65,000 – €80,000 per year</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1:1 mentoring with senior leadership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hybrid working model</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Gym membership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Team events and offsites</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apple hardware setup</p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany</strong> (Berlin Mitte).
