Growth Intern (f/m/d) - Mandatory 6 Months Unpaid Internship

<p>At Quid, we're building the AI that takes the grind out of accounts payable. We automate invoice processing and the messy AP flows behind it for multi-location, multi-entity, multi-ERP businesses, the kind where manual data entry slows everything down. Quid kills the manual entry, speeds up the monthly close, gives finance teams real-time reporting, and frees AP teams to do strategic work instead of admin.</p> <p>We're growing fast and looking for a Growth Intern to join our small, hands-on team in Berlin and help get Quid in front of the right people.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Build, launch, and manage cold email outreach sequences targeting our ideal customer profile</strong></li> <li><strong>Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times, and sequence structure</strong></li> <li><strong>Analyze outreach performance and turn findings into concrete next steps</strong></li> <li><strong>Support demand generation on LinkedIn with content ideas, posting, engagement, and outbound connection outreach</strong></li> <li><strong>Research and build targeted prospect lists within our core verticals</strong></li> <li><strong>Track and report on key growth metrics and campaign KPIs, and help maintain reporting dashboards</strong></li> <li><strong>Keep CRM and outreach data clean, organized, and up to date</strong></li> <li><strong>Assist with competitive research and messaging positioning</strong></li> <li><strong>Support the creation of supporting content (one-pagers, case studies, LinkedIn posts) used in outreach</strong></li> <li><strong>Pitch in on ad hoc growth experiments as opportunities come up</strong></li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>AI native builder through and through</strong></li> <li><strong>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field</strong></li> <li><strong>Excellent written English, German is a bonus.</strong></li> <li><strong>Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and growth marketing</strong></li> <li><strong>Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to draw conclusions, not just report numbers</strong></li> <li><strong>Quick learning curve for tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Slack, etc.</strong></li> <li><strong>A self-starter who's comfortable figuring things out and asking questions</strong></li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Real, hands-on experience running growth at a fast-moving AI startup, not coffee runs</li> <li>Ownership of your own campaigns and experiments from day one</li> <li>Flexible working arrangementsA front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company grows from the ground up</li> <li>A potential path to a full-time offer for the right person</li> <li>We fund experiments that make sense: pitch a growth idea, get real budget, and watch it turn into actual pipeline and revenue</li> <li>An introduction to our network across Berlin's startup and founder scene</li> </ul> <p>Join Quid as a Growth Intern!
