In less than 3 years and with fewer than 25 people at our HQ in Berlin, we've become Germany's second-largest property manager</p> <h2>Aufgaben</h2> <p>We're looking for a <em>Growth</em> Marketing Lead who will directly report to our VP Property Management. You will design the <em>growth</em> engine behind our property managers. At the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook that you scale.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Grow hyperlocal Property Managers from scratch</strong>. Most of our property managers grow solely through word of mouth. You'll provide them the tools and know-how to grow predictably through online and offline channels</li> <li><strong>Partner with PortCo MDs on conversion</strong>. Generating leads is half the job. The other half is working with our local MDs to turn those leads into signed property management contracts</li> <li><strong>Report directly to the VP Property Management and to the Leadership Team</strong>. You'll collaborate closely with Linus and his team, who build our Property Management function</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikation</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Speak fluent German (C2)</strong>. Our companies operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners</li> <li><strong>Are based in Berlin</strong> or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg</li> <li><strong>You've got deep</strong> <strong><em>performance marketing</em></strong> <strong>expertise</strong>.
