Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social (Berlin, Germany)

To ensure every furry friend gets the care they deserve, and their owners get peace of mind.</p> <p>Lassie is looking for a data-and marketing-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our global Growth team. You will play a key role in ensuring our insurance and platform are the top choices of the majority of people in our target audiences.</p> <p>You should have some prior experience in the field of performance marketing. We are looking for someone with a curious mind and a passion for performance marketing, especially paid social channels, analytics, and A/B testing and can be proactive in taking corrective actions based on evidence.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Some of the things you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support managing and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, especially Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)</li> <li>Working together with the local Brand managers and designers to ensure a consistent creative strategy</li> <li>Using AI (Claude) to speed up processes and tasks</li> <li>Monitoring the performance and continuously optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (bid strategies, account structure, campaigns)</li> <li>Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting</li> <li>Developing ads with clear USPs (able to draft copy and write clear briefs) with keen attention to detail, taking on an iterative approach together with our designer</li> <li>Think outside the box and find areas of growth</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>We hope you check these boxes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-4 years of experience in paid social in a B2C company and/or scale-up</li> <li>Enthusiastic about integrating AI into workflows</li> <li>A data-driven individual with a very good understanding of digital data analytics, incl.</li> <li>Great ability to break complex problems into smaller ones</li> <li>You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions.
