Above all, help build a great product.</p> <p>You own AI holistically: markets, liquidity, growth, paid, all of it.</p> </p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Market Coverage</strong>: Get every AI market that should exist onto Kalshi. Model release predictions, benchmark milestones, lab news, AGI timeline bets, whatever the community is already arguing about, we should have a market on it.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Growth, organic</strong>: This is your main job. Get in front of AI Twitter, r/singularity, r/LocalLLaMA, the model-release-day crowd, the newsletter writers. </p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Growth, paid</strong>: Ideate on and help build static and video assets to run on paid social (IG, TikTok, X, Reddit).</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Growth, affiliates</strong>: Recruit the AI YouTubers, X accounts, and newsletter writers people who care about AI already trust.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Deeply obsessed with AI</p> </li> <li> <p>Relentless</p> </p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Our Culture</strong></h3> <p>Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out.
