This team serves as a core strategic and operational business partner to the GTM organizations, playing a critical role in driving GTM growth. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic force multiplier and a trusted advisor to GTM leadership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1></h1><h1><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, developing and iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas. For example, this role will provide business partner support for the EMEA sales organization and help establish the operational and strategic foundations for the team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured growth</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently define and lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey by optimizing the deployment of specialized GTM expertise and resources</p></li></ul><h1><strong><br />What You Have</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy &amp; Operations, Consulting, or Professional Services. Ideal candidates will have a combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy &amp; Operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner – you know how to build trusted relationships, navigate different working styles, and influence without direct authority</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience operating autonomously as a senior IC, owning projects end to end without people management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you're energized by working across teams and can bring people together around shared goals</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Depending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
