You’ll work across electrical systems, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and integration &amp; test to turn electrical interfaces into reliable, production-ready hardware.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2689" data-local-id="380f8d4f5177">This is a great opportunity for an earlier career candidate with a strong electrical engineering foundation and an interest in developing expertise in spacecraft harness design.</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div><br><strong>About this role:</strong><br> <li>Design electrical harnesses for spacecraft, payloads, and test systems.</li> <li>Translate schematics, ICDs, pinouts, and electrical interfaces into harness designs.</li> <li>Create harness schematics and 3D harness assemblies using Creo.</li> <li>Develop manufacturing drawings, bills of material, and harness documentation.</li> <li>Support harness fabrication, inspection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Contribute to harness libraries, design standards, and continuous improvement.</li> <br><strong>Must haves:</strong><br> <li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Strong foundation in electrical engineering, circuits, electronics, and electrical interfaces.</li> <li>Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and interface documentation.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and interest in precise, hands-on engineering work.</li> <li>Ability to learn new engineering tools and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <br><strong>Nice to haves:</strong><br> <li>Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span data-testid="definition-highlighter">CATIA</span></span>, or another 3D CAD system.</li> <li>Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, or connectivity data.</li> <li>Familiarity with connectors, wires, cables, shielding, grounding, strain relief, or <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span data-testid="definition-highlighter">EMI</span></span>/<span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span data-testid="definition-highlighter">EMC</span></span>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with electronics, PCBs, soldering, crimping, electrical test equipment, or hardware integration.</li> <li>Coursework or project experience in embedded systems, <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span data-testid="definition-highlighter">RF</span></span>, signal integrity, power electronics, or high-speed digital design.</li> <br><strong>Some of our awesome benefits:</strong><br> <li>Equity, we want you to have an active role in our success</li> <li>Up to 35 days of Paid Time Off (vacations &amp; RTT ) and flexible working hours, we want you to be at your best</li> <li>Health and life insurance, we care about your health</li> <li>Lunch Vouchers, because let’s be honest, we love food!
