Head of Credit Risk (m/f/d) - Berlin

<p>We are looking for a Head of Risk to lead and stabilize our risk organization during a phase of rapid growth. This role replaces our interim leadership and is critical for building a long-term, scalable risk function that enables sustainable growth. You will lead a growing team, manage a rapidly expanding credit portfolio, and build the processes, systems, and culture required for scale. This is not a maintenance role.This is a build-and-lead role.
