Head of Finance (m/f/d)

<h2>Your Role</h2> <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Head of Finance</strong> to build and develop our Finance organization and support STABL Energy through its next phase of growth.<br> Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you will strengthen financial planning, forecasting, business controlling, cash management, reporting, and Finance processes. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and use financial insights to support better business decisions across the organization.<br> This is a business-focused Finance leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future Finance function at STABL.</p> <h2>Your mission</h2> <ul> <li>Lead <strong>FP&#x26;A</strong>, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modelling</li> <li>Build transparency around business performance through meaningful KPIs, reporting, and profitability analysis</li> <li>Act as a <strong>Finance Business Partner</strong> to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and the leadership team</li> <li>Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management</li> <li>Support the CFO with management and board reporting, fundraising, financing activities, and strategic finance topics</li> <li>Drive the development, digitalization, and automation of Finance processes, systems, and reporting</li> <li>Lead and develop the Finance team and help shape a scalable Finance organization for STABL’s next stage of growth</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of relevant experience in <strong>FP&#x26;A, Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, or Finance Management</strong></li> <li>Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance management</li> <li>Experience with cash flow management and working capital</li> <li>Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights</li> <li>Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systems</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset</li> <li>Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to build structures in a fast-growing environment Experience in <strong>manufacturing, industrial, energy, renewable energy, or technology environments</strong> is a plus.<br> A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.</li> </ul> <h2>Why STABL Energy?</h2> <p>STABL Energy is one of the most innovative start-ups in the energy transition, <strong>ees Award winner 2022</strong>, <strong>pv magazine award winner 2025</strong> and named a <strong>global Top100 Energy Start-up</strong>.
