Head of Product Management & Transformation (Risk, Finance & Compliance)

<p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer">We are looking for an experienced and visionary professional to join as <strong>Head of Product Management (Risk, Finance &amp; Compliance)</strong>, taking strategic responsibility for a newly established Product Management division within a leading Swiss banking environment.</p><p>In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development and management of the product portfolio across <strong>Risk, Finance and Compliance</strong>. You will act as a central interface between business functions, IT and Senior Management, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective, sustainable and customer-oriented solutions.</p><p>The position combines <strong>strategic product management, leadership, digital transformation and stakeholder management</strong>, with a clear focus on measurable business value and the continuous development of end-to-end processes across the organisation.</p><p><strong><br>Workload:</strong> 80–100%<br></p><h3><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Take end-to-end responsibility for the Product Management division covering Risk, Finance &amp; Compliance</p></li><li><p>Define and implement the strategic vision, product portfolio and roadmap for the relevant business areas</p></li><li><p>Develop customer-oriented solutions aligned with the needs of Business Owners and specialist departments</p></li><li><p>Manage the implementation and continuous development of products within the Agile Release Train</p></li><li><p>Lead and develop the Product Management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus</p></li><li><p>Act as the central interface between Risk, Finance, Compliance, IT, Business Owners and other relevant stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ensure that business requirements are translated into effective and sustainable IT solutions</p></li><li><p>Further develop and digitalise end-to-end business processes across applications, processes and channels</p></li><li><p>Ensure a measurable contribution of the product division to the organisation's strategic objectives, particularly in the areas of growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Lead and support transformation initiatives across Risk, Finance and Compliance</p></li><li><p>Manage complex stakeholder environments and align strategic priorities with implementation and IT delivery</p></li><li><p>Ensure that processes and solutions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Senior Management and relevant internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance, priorities and value contribution across the product portfolio</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimisation and further development of the product landscape</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3><strong>Your Profile</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Several years of professional experience in a leadership position within the financial services or banking industry</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Risk, Finance and Compliance processes within a banking environment</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in product management, product strategy and/or business transformation</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of end-to-end processes and value creation within the financial services sector</p></li><li><p>Experience leading and developing teams and managing complex organisational structures</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in transformation projects, as well as experience with agile methodologies and modern organisational structures</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of IT and technological interdependencies, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly when working with Senior Management</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic, decisive and results-oriented approach</p></li><li><p>Ability to set clear priorities and successfully drive strategic initiatives through to implementation</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on execution mindset</p></li><li><p>University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Business Information Systems or a comparable field</p></li><li><p>Very good written and spoken German and English</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li><p>A strategic leadership position with comprehensive responsibility for an entire Product Management division</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to actively shape a newly established Product Management organisation covering Risk, Finance &amp;
