You become the user’s voice inside the company and continuously improve customer satisfaction</li> <li><strong>Design &#x26; UX:</strong> You hold a high visual bar. You review and edit components, and push back on anything that doesn’t meet the standard. The best tax UX feels invisible.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Decisions:</strong> You define KPIs – Time-to-Filing, automation rate, client satisfaction, advisor efficiency – and steer every feature from data, not instinct.</li> <li><strong>Frontier AI Work:</strong> You push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and are at the forefront of how AI reshapes product work. Your unstoppable curiosity drives the impact of our product org.</li> <li><strong>Company Leadership:</strong> You are the connective tissue between Clients, Engineering, Design, Tax Advisory and Founders. You set the product culture.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikation</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Product Experience:</strong> 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Finance, Tax, or a comparably complex environment – with a proven track record from vision through execution to measurable success.</li> <li><strong>AI Track Record:</strong> Proven track record of using AI in your daily work. You demonstrate that you leveraged aI you extended the And not just ChatGPT, but a demonstration of real AI-native workflows.</li> <li><strong>Client Understanding:</strong> You build genuine empathy for both sides – the advisor under deadline pressure and the client who just wants certainty – and translate that into a magic product experience.</li> <li><strong>Eye for Design:</strong> Figma fluency at the sketch-and-review level &#x26; excitement for Claude Design. You have strong opinions on good UI and a genuine enthusiasm for elegant, functional interfaces.</li> <li><strong>AI Enthusiasm:</strong> You use AI products daily, you critique them, and you have clear views on where they’re heading – including hands-on familiarity with Claude Cowork/ Design/ Code or similar.</li> <li><strong>Self-Implementation:</strong> You don’t wait to be unblocked. You prototype, test prompts, wire up integrations, and move things forward independently.</li> <li><strong>Structured Thinking:</strong> MECE, first principles, hypothesis-driven. You reduce complexity to clear decisions, not slide decks.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent English (C2).
