Head of Production (m/f/x)

<br><strong>Your tasks</strong><p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">You will develop production at C&amp;C, both strategically and operationally: our processes, standards and setups.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">As Skill Lead, you will take personal and professional responsibility for the production team, support the development of your colleagues and ensure consistently high quality standards.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You will take on selected productions yourself as a Producer, making sure that the idea, quality, timing and budget come together.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You will conceptualise and own our AI-enabled production system: selecting the right stack and bringing it into production together with our internal AI team. It will be up to you to determine where and when its use makes sense.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You will calculate fixed-price productions, protect the margin and decide where the budget can make the greatest difference.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You will expand our partner network for high-end productions, negotiate terms and kickback arrangements, and ensure that our external partners meet our quality standards.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">You have solid experience in producing social and CTV content and understand the entire process from the initial idea to the final asset.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You have experience in the professional leadership and development of production teams and know how to provide direction, feedback and quality standards.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You have a clear understanding of how production processes, tools and setups can be developed efficiently and sustainably, as well as solid experience with AI-enabled production and post-production processes.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You have a clear point of view on when AI, a hybrid setup or a fully human-made approach makes sense.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You work in a structured way, make clear decisions and bring together different internal and external stakeholders.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You are based in Berlin and speak German at a native level and English fluently in a professional environment.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your benefits</strong><p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">A team as hot as fresh fries</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Self-driven teams: trust instead of micro-management</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Unlimited budget for professional development</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Period Days Off</li></ul></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
