As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>Product Manager</strong> to own and lead our Shopify ecommerce business end to end. This role sits at the center of our next phase of growth and is responsible for the performance, scalability, and evolution of our Shopify storefront—along with the team, systems, and processes behind it.</p> <p>We currently sell prescription-based products and are actively expanding our product lineup into non-prescription wellness, including supplements and skincare. This position will play a key role in bringing those products to life, scaling the store, and building a world-class ecommerce experience.</p> <p>This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has actually run a Shopify business—managing complex catalogs with multiple SKUs, bundles, subscriptions, and compliance requirements—while working cross-functionally and leading teams. You’ll start as a hands-on owner and grow into overseeing and building an ecommerce team as sales scale.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with marketing, operations,engineering and leadership to launch new products, improve performance, and build a scalable ecommerce engine designed for growth.<br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Shopify &amp; Ecommerce Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the Shopify store end to end, including:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Product setup (multiple SKUs, bundles, subscriptions)</p> </li> <li> <p>Pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle management</p> </li> <li> <p>App ecosystem (subscriptions, reviews, analytics, fulfillment, tax tools)</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Ensure site stability, performance, and conversion optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage storefront updates, launches, and ongoing improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Own ecommerce performance metrics, including conversion rate, AOV, retention, and revenue growth</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Product &amp; Catalog Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the creation and maintenance of product pages for supplements and skincare</p> </li> <li> <p>Own SKU strategy, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and subscription logic</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with marketing and operations on launches, promotions, and experiments</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain clean product data, taxonomy, and reporting</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Tax, Compliance &amp; Ecommerce Infrastructure</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee Shopify sales tax setup and compliance</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with finance and legal to ensure ecommerce compliance</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure operational readiness across regions, SKUs, and fulfillment flows</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as the bridge between marketing, operations, product, and leadership</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business goals into clear ecommerce execution</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate on funnel optimization, promotions, and lifecycle strategy</p> </li> <li> <p>Support planning for future hires and team expansion</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategy &amp; Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Use data to identify opportunities for conversion, retention, and growth</p> </li> <li> <p>Help shape ecommerce and product strategy alongside leadership</p> </li> <li> <p>Bring best practices from high-growth ecommerce environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare the foundation for scaling product lines and team structure</p> </li> <li> <p>Build, lead, and scale the ecommerce team over time as sales grow</p> </li> <li> <p>Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and raising the bar on execution quality</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>5–7 years of experience in product management, project management, or ecommerce leadership</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Deep, hands-on experience owning and operating a live Shopify store</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in subscription-based ecommerce is an asset</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience launching new product lines or expanding an ecommerce catalog</p> </li> <li> <p>Background in supplements, skincare, wellness, apparel, or other applicable consumer products strongly preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience leading and growing teams, or readiness to step into that role</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable being hands-on today and strategic as the business scales</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear, confident communicator across teams and leadership</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Flexible working hours</p> </li> <li> <p>Work wherever you choose.</p> </li> <li> <p>Unlimited Paid Time off</p> </li> <li> <p>Paid non-working holidays per country of residence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fun and casual work environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>We are a diverse, global team!</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Homera Health is an equal opportunity employer.
