We're growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we're looking for an <strong>HR Intern</strong> to be Taktile's ambassador to our future employees.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our HR systems, keeping employee data accurate, and supporting the administrative tasks that keep our people operations running smoothly. By handling these essential tasks, you will contribute significantly to shaping the company's growth and ensuring we maintain a high standard of employee satisfaction and performance. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments to manage various HR activities.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do as an HR Intern</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Employee Onboarding:</strong> Once candidates join our team, take the lead in preparing and coordinating first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Database and Profile Management:</strong> Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
