This role is Ideal for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership.</span></p><h3><strong><span style="color:#121317">Your Roadmap to make an Impac</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">t</span></h3><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Prepare, extract, and validate HR data</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> from different sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Maintain and structure HR datasets</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> to support reliable reporting, analysis, and people-related decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Support the continuous HR reporting process</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, including preparing reports, dashboards, and relevant HR insights.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Ensure smooth data flows &amp;
