Independent Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor

<p>EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking an independent Food Safety &amp; Brand Standard Auditor to cover assignments in the Rostock area and surrounding regions.</p> <p>In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.</p> <p><b>Your responsibilities will include:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Conducting food safety, health &amp; hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites</p> </li> <li> <p>Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintaining strong client relationships</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>We are looking for candidates who:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Are fluent in German and English</p> </li> <li> <p>Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&amp;B, convenience stores, or gas stations</p> </li> <li> <p>Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000</p> </li> <li> <p>Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory</p> </li> <li> <p>Hold a valid driving license and have their own car</p> </li> <li> <p>Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings</p> </li> <li> <p>Are comfortable working independently</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Availability:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Long-term availability for recurring audits</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Note:</b> This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with Ecolab.
