This fully virtual sales position focuses exclusively on assisting GoodLeap customers by leveraging a consultative sales approach to educate them on the benefits of residential solar. In this role, you will guide customers in selecting the best solar program tailored to their needs and support them through the proposal process. Once a commitment is made, you will collaborate with GoodLeap’s trusted contractors to ensure a seamless installation experience.</p> <h3>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Communicate with prospective customers to educate them on the benefits of residential solar. Use a consultative approach to help customers through their purchase journey while also promoting the brand and mission of GoodLeap.</li> <li>Utilize advanced technologies, prepare, and review solar proposals for potential customers.</li> <li>Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the sales and installation process. Collaborate with a dynamic team to contribute to the company's growth and success</li> <li>Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs</li> <li>Effectively cross sell GoodLeap products to current Goodleap customers.</li> <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities</h3> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of previous residential solar sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals.</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills and the ability to simply explain complex technical concepts to customers.</li> <li>Positive and energetic, excellent listening, reading, and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve a common goal</li> <li>Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications)</li> <li>A track record of high integrity, honesty, and ethical sales practices.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation</h3> <h3>Additional Information</h3> <p>Compensation: Base $33k annually plus bonus</p> <p><strong>Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:</strong></p> <p>Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
