Internship in Operations (all genders)

<h2>YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE</h2> <p>As our Intern in Operations (all genders), you will play an active role in keeping our daily business running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key link between data, customer success, and provider support. By jumping into day-to-day coordination, spotting inefficiencies early on, and documenting evolving processes, you will directly contribute to scaling our services.</p> <h2>In detail, you will take on the following tasks:</h2> <ul> <li>Operational Support: Support the ops team with day-to-day tasks across different areas of the business, coordinate workflows between teams (Data Reporting, Customer Success, Provider Support), flag bottlenecks, and execute ad-hoc projects.</li> <li>Process Documentation: Structure, write, and update internal processes and SOPs as our workflows evolve; build clear playbooks and reference materials to keep the operations function organized.</li> <li>Reporting &#x26; Tracking: Pull accurate reports, maintain operational dashboards and data logs, and ensure that key metrics are tracked, formatted, and delivered on time.</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED</h2> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A specialisation in Operations is a plus.</li> <li>Confident user of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Slack. Prior experience or familiarity with Figma is a plus.</li> <li>Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
