The role focuses on supporting governments and IOM offices worldwide through evidence-based migration policy development, strategic analysis, institutional coordination, and policy implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate with IOM Headquarters, Regional Offices, Country Offices, governments, and international partners to strengthen migration governance and institutional policy capacity. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> The selected Policy Officer will be responsible for: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Supporting migration policy advisory services for IOM Country and Regional Offices.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Conducting policy analysis and coordinating expert inputs for migration policy development.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Supporting the implementation of the IOM Policy Agenda.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Coordinating priority migration policy processes with governments and regional offices.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Developing policy intelligence, strategic analysis, foresight, and evidence-based analytical products.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Supporting the implementation of the Migration Governance Indicators (MGI) and related data initiatives.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Coordinating national least four years of relevant professional experience.</li> </ul> Degrees must be obtained from accredited institutions recognized by the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. <h2>Professional aria-level="1">Migration governance.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Public policy analysis.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Policy advisory services.</li> <li
