Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.<br /><br />If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for iOS engineers to build the native iOS experience for BJAK's app.<br /><br />This role is for someone who cares about clean user flows, fast performance, product quality and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What Will You Build</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and ship native iOS features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted user journeys.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make complex financial flows feel clean, fast and simple on mobile.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with product, design, backend and AI engineers to take ideas from rough concept to production release.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, responsiveness and release stability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use production feedback, analytics and customer behaviour to improve features after launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows with strong attention to reliability.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong native iOS experience using Swift.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience shipping iOS apps used by real users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await and iOS architecture patterns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product sense and care for UX, not just building screens.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability and app quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast without lowering the bar.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Bar</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
