In this role, you won’t just be sitting on the sidelines; you will be the reliable first point of contact for all IT-related questions across the company. Working closely with our experienced engineers, you’ll get hands-on experience with modern cloud tools and IT infrastructure while helping to keep the MILES team up, running, and fully connected.</p> <p>Please note: This position is fully onsite.</p> <h2>Your Responsibility</h2> <ul> <li><strong>First-Line Support:</strong> Handle incoming IT support tickets and resolve hardware or software issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our team.</li> <li><strong>User Lifecycle:</strong> Support our onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up accounts, managing digital access, and preparing hardware for new MILES employees.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain and continuously improve our internal IT documentation and knowledge base to keep our processes transparent and clean.</li> <li><strong>Daily Operations:</strong> Assist the core IT team with day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and small-scale infrastructure projects.</li> <li><strong>Team Assistance:</strong> Act as a helpful and reliable go-to person for all everyday IT questions across various departments.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Experience</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Tech Fundamentals:</strong> You bring a solid understanding of IT basics, including operating systems (macOS &#x26; Windows), hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> You are highly organized, reliable, and approach problems with a structured and proactive attitude.</li> <li><strong>People Skills:</strong> You actually enjoy working with people, not just machines.
