<p>Zur Verstärkung unserer IT-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen <strong>IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)</strong>. Sie sind erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Problemen und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung der IT-Systeme.</p>
<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<p>Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen<br>
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs.<br>
Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten.<br>
Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen<br>
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen</p>
<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li>Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle</li>
<li>Kenntnisse in der Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen</li>
<li>Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung</li>
<li>Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Probleme effizient zu lösen</li>
<li>Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerkprotokollen und -diensten</li>
