We are a close-knit, fun and friendly team, and being helpful and friendly to customers and teammates is core to everything we do. </p> <p>If you want to work with awesome people with whom you can learn and grow, at the same time providing a stellar experience for our clients and candidates - JobRack may be the perfect place for you!</p> <p>As a <strong>Recruitment Partner</strong>, you would play a crucial part in wow-ing our clients by recruiting great candidates and helping more business owners grow their teams and their businesses.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <strong>Be a Talent Magnet: </strong>Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for diverse roles — efficiently and within deadlines.</li> <li> <strong>Lead Client Engagements: </strong>Own the end-to-end process, ensuring clients have an experience they’ll rave about!</li> <li> <strong>Conduct High-Touch Interviews:</strong> Get to the heart of what makes each candidate the perfect fit.</li> <li> <strong>Stay Connected:</strong> Proactively engage with candidates (schedule interviews, send tasks, clarify applications, share feedback) to keep them excited and informed every step of the way.</li> <li> <strong>Build Talent Shortlists: </strong>Develop and present highly qualified candidates, giving clients confidence in their hiring decisions.</li> <li> <strong>Own Your Roles: </strong>Drive strategies, measure performance, and deliver results with accountability and pride.</li> <li> <strong>Build Relationships: </strong>Partner closely with business owners to gain valuable insights and references.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Hours</strong> ⏰: Full time, with core working hours of 8am—5pm/9am-6pm CET with some flexibility for early evening calls with clients in the USA from time to time.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>To excel in this role, you need to have: </strong></p> <p>✅ 5+ years of international experience as a recruiter in an agency environment.</p> <p>✅ Experience working with clients in the USA, UK and Europe.</p> <p>✅ Experience conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles.</p> <p>✅ Exposure to numerous niches and industries (tech, finance, marketing, legal, creative, support, SaaS, etc.)</p> <p>✅ Experience working directly with multiple clients simultaneously </p> <p>✅ Experience with ATS systems (we use Workable)</p> <p><strong>As the Ideal Candidate, you should be:</strong></p> <p> Proactive, with great communication skills and an outgoing personality. </p> <p> Analytical and able to dig into candidates' profiles, analysing and thoroughly comparing.</p> <p> Improvement-focused, taking initiative, making things better and being solution-focused</p> <p> Someone who wants to take ownership, with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude</p> <p> Client-focused, with high standards of communication, ensuring a great customer experience.</p> <p> Someone with a high sense of urgency, who will be happy to take on the challenge of meeting our most important recruiter KPIs: the quality of candidates, the quantity of candidates and speed of hire.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p> Earn a monthly salary of $3,000-$3,500*</p> <p> Full time &amp; fully remote</p> <p>⏰ Our core hours are 8am-5pm - European office hours with some flexibility.</p> <p> PTO: 20 days of paid holiday and 5 days of paid sick leave per year.</p> <p> Team retreats.</p> <p> Chance to grow as JobRack grows.</p> <p>*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
