We're looking for a Junior Commercial Insights Analyst to join our team in London.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role you'll own real analysis from day one, turning data from across the business into reporting and recommendations that commercial, marketing, and product teams rely on.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own a set of dashboards and reports that leaders check every week</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work across BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau on questions that matter commercially</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner directly with teams across the business, not behind a request queue</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Grow fast, with a clear path toward a Commercial Insights Analyst role</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and investigate commercial questions across all areas of marketing, commercial, product and technology - and turn the findings into recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner directly with marketing, product, and commercial teams to scope analytical work - you define the brief as much as you respond to it</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use data visualisation tools such as Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI and Looker with guidance from senior analysts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain models that support commercial decisions - channel performance, cohort analysis, and GP forecasting</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use AI to accelerate analysis and develop new approaches to problem solving, better and faster analytics and automation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and optimise SQL queries against BigQuery to answer commercial questions</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About you</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Degree in a maths or science based subject</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">One to two years of hands-on experience in an analytics or data role, including placements or internships</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">AI native. AI is embedded in how you work. You reach for it to accelerate analysis, challenge your thinking, and do in hours what used to take days.
