This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer who is passionate about modern web development and eager to build engaging, high-performing digital experiences while working alongside experienced designers, marketers, and developers.<br><br>If you're enthusiastic about clean code, responsive design, and continuous learning, we'd love to meet you.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>Front-End Development<br><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.</li><li>Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.</li><li>Build digital marketing assets that deliver excellent user experiences across all devices.<br><br></li></ul>Collaboration<br><br><ul><li>Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.</li><li>Support SEO, conversion optimization (CRO), and performance-focused website improvements.</li><li>Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve development workflows.<br><br></li></ul>Performance &amp; Optimization<br><br><ul><li>Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Ensure responsive performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.</li><li>Follow front-end best practices for usability, accessibility, and maintainability.<br><br></li></ul>CMS &amp; Website Management<br><br><ul><li>Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.</li><li>Implement content updates, page layouts, and reusable templates.</li><li>Assist with ongoing website improvements and feature enhancements.<br><br></li></ul>Quality Assurance<br><br><ul><li>Identify and resolve front-end bugs and visual inconsistencies.</li><li>Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure reliable performance.</li><li>Help maintain high coding standards and quality across projects.<br><br></li></ul>Continuous Learning<br><br><ul><li>Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies and industry best practices.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers.</li><li>Continuously improve your technical and problem-solving skills.<br><br></li></ul>What We're Looking For<br><br><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior roles.</li><li>Experience building or contributing to live websites or web applications is an advantage.<br><br></li></ul>Education<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br><br></li></ul>Technical Skills<br><br><ul><li>Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.</li><li>Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.</li><li>Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development.<br><br></li></ul>Tools<br><br><ul><li>Experience using Git or other version control systems.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.</li><li>Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing.<br><br></li></ul>Soft Skills<br><br><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Eager to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.<br><br></li></ul>Nice to Have<br><br><ul><li>Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.</li><li>Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.</li><li>Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.</li><li>Fluency in English;
