Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH!<br /><em>***This is for a future opportunity***</em><br /></div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <p><b>MANTECH </b>seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented <b>Junior Procurement Analyst </b>to join our team in Halawa, HI<b>.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>The Junior Procurement Analyst supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking the status of open purchase orders.</li><li>They help monitor the delivery status of materials and ensure that records are accurately maintained within organizational databases.</li><li>They assist in preparing procurement schedules and ensure that necessary materials and data are available for senior analysts.</li><li>The Junior Procurement Analyst drafts technical records for procurement tasks and assists in the coordination of activities across theater locations.</li><li>They maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables.</li><li>They help monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs.</li><li>The Junior Procurement Analyst takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or a related field.</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.</li><li>Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Clearance Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Must have a current/active Secret security clearance</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.</li><li>Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.</li><li>The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li></ul><p></p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <div><br> The projected compensation range for this position is $52,700.00-$87,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
