Junior Production Engineer

We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. </p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our Junior Production Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our production floor — supporting day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping us scale safely and efficiently as we grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Your Responsibilities</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide day-to-day hands-on support in the production area, including the inspection of non-conforming (NOK) robot modules</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently run small-to-medium continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing production safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and quality</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own, create, and maintain comprehensive work instructions for all internal assemblies, and support the creation of training documentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and maintenance activities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the creation of FMEAs for all new robot modules and take ownership of executing the resulting risk-mitigation tasks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the team during production trials and cross-functional change management processes</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>We're looking for someone who has:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">First working experience (including internships or working student positions) in a (high-volume) production environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A strong hands-on mentality with a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly adaptable and willing to support a wide variety of projects as the production area scales</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nice-to-have: initial experience with ERP systems, time analysis, or Lean Manufacturing concepts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in English and German</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About RobCo</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics.
