This role collaborates closely with other team members, and consultants to produce high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives, technical requirements, and firm standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, buildable documents.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Contribute to architectural design throughout all project phases.</li><li>Develop design drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for internal reviews and client meetings</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure designs align with scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations</li><li>Assist with consultant coordination (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, etc.), as required.</li><li>Prepare and refine architectural drawings and details in accordance with firm standards and applicable zoning and building codes</li><li>Support code research, zoning analysis, and site studies</li><li>Revise drawings based on client feedback, consultant input, and review comments</li><li>Participate in design charrettes, team meetings, and internal critiques<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field</li><li>[3–5] years of experience in an architectural firm</li><li>Proficiency in design and documentation software, such as: Revit; AutoCAD; SketchUp, Rhino, or similar; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural graphic standards and design principles</li><li>Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Core Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with BIM workflows and coordination</li><li>Familiarity with rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, etc.)</li><li>Progress toward architectural licensure preferred but not required.</li><li>Design creativity and problem-solving</li><li>Attention to detail and organization</li><li>Ability to accept and incorporate feedback</li><li>Time management and adaptability</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude<br><br></li></ul>MHS Architects | Careers<br><br>careers@mhsarchitects.com<br/><br/>Please mention the word **RECONCILIATION** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
