Shane, has forever paved the way.<br><br>A guru in the field, he has worked in fine establishments throughout Melbourne City, managing many venues in Vic &amp; NSW, and eventually birthing Coffs’ first successful silver service seafood restaurant - The Tide &amp; Pilot.<br><br>It was almost ‘tools down’ when the kids moved back to their hometown. Todd, an esteemed Coffee Roaster, Emily, creatively zesty, and Cindy, the operations legend; the family came together and thought ‘let’s give this thing a crack’.<br><br>An idea turned into Supply as we know it today.
