backend engineering:</strong> designing robust APIs, data models and scalable services used directly in production</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Insurance expertise:</strong> translating real-world insurance workflows, contract language and decision rules into usable data systems</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the third engineering hire, you'll work directly with Fabian (CTO &amp;
