We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll build the end-to-end systems that power Healf's operations—from inventory management and automated replenishment, to inbound and outbound freight optimization, vendor invoicing, warehouse labeling, and supplier operations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our <strong>Lead Full Stack Engineer</strong>, you'll own the technical foundation of the systems that run Healf's supply chain. You'll define the architecture of our end-to-end fulfillment platform, make critical infrastructure decisions, and set the engineering standard for how these systems are designed, built, and operated.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership role with significant scope, direct influence over our operations technology roadmap, and the opportunity to build systems that fundamentally transform how the business scales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Architect and Build:</strong> Own the architecture of the multiple supply chain platforms being built grounds up, including replenishment, logistics, receipt, stock visibility, and supplier operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own End-to-End:</strong> Take projects from system design through implementation, testing, deployment and iteration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set the Technical Foundation:</strong> Define key decisions across stack, data model, event-driven workflows, and failure handling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Reimagine Processes:</strong> Proactively identify opportunities to replace manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows with automated, resilient, status-driven systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead and Mentor:</strong> Establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and build a high-performance culture within the Operations engineering function.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong full stack engineering experience with architectural ownership building and operating production systems, not just integrating them.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience architecting supply chain systems and data-driven applications used by operators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong architecture instincts; able to reason through complex system design problems and make sound technical trade-offs under real business constraints.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong backend engineering with AWS serverless architectures and excellent proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">React and Next.js experience, with a focus on usable, maintainable internal tooling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable balancing deep individual contributor work with mentoring and supporting other engineers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, with a bias toward delivery in a fast-moving environment.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>The Deal</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We ask a great deal of the people who work here.
