This is a key strategic role: you will lay the foundations (architecture, CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and best practices) and then scale the mobile scope well beyond what we deliver today.</p> <h3>Missions:</h3> <p>Lead the full rebuild of our existing native mobile applications using React Native, from scratch<br>Define and implement the mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability<br>Set up the complete CI/CD pipeline for mobile (build, test, distribution, store deployment)<br>Leverage AI-powered tools (code generation, assisted testing, copilot-style workflows) to accelerate development and raise quality standards<br>Establish mobile engineering best practices: code structure, testing strategy, release management, and monitoring<br>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a world-class mobile experience<br>Progressively extend the mobile scope beyond the current feature set, bringing more of the DiliTrust platform to mobile users<br>Mentor the mobile team as the project scales<br>Stay on top of React Native ecosystem evolutions, mobile platform changes, and AI tooling advancements</p> <h3>Your Profile:</h3> <p>&nbsp; – 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development<br>&nbsp; – Proven track record as a React Native expert, with deep knowledge of the ecosystem (navigation, state management, native modules, performance optimization)<br>&nbsp; – Demonstrated ability to start a mobile project from scratch: bootstrapping, architecture decisions, CI/CD setup, and store deployment<br>&nbsp; – Experience building and shipping production mobile apps on both iOS and Android<br>&nbsp; – Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)</p> <h3>Technical Expertise:</h3> <p>&nbsp; – Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript<br>&nbsp; – Strong understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and bridging when needed<br>&nbsp; – Solid experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)<br>&nbsp; – Experience with automated testing strategies for mobile (unit, integration, E2E)<br>&nbsp; – Familiarity with mobile performance profiling, crash reporting, and monitoring tools<br>&nbsp; – High standards for code quality, testing, and documentation</p> <h3>&nbsp; Leadership &amp; Collaboration</h3> <p>&nbsp; – Ability to take full ownership of a technical domain and drive decisions autonomously<br>&nbsp; – Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders<br>&nbsp; – Experience mentoring developers and establishing engineering practices within a team</p> <h3>Tech Stack</h3> <p>React Native, TypeScript, iOS, Android, UWP, PHP/Typescript REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MariaDB, Claude code, Docker, CI/CD, GCP</p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.fr">Jobs in France</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
