You’ll own end-to-end design, influence product and design strategy, and help evolve our design systems—working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. If you think you'd be incredible in the role, then apply - even if you don't think you tick every box.</span></em></p> <br> <p><strong><span style="color:#121317">What you'll bring&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proven experience leading complex product design initiatives from concept through to implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Extensive experience in Product Design, including time in a Lead role, ideally within a digital consultancy or agency environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong end-to-end product thinking, with the ability to define and lead design strategy from discovery through to launch.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Deep UX/UI expertise across research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping (e.g. Figma).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Demonstrated ability to define, govern, and scale design systems and visual language.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong understanding of technical feasibility and constraints, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Confident client-facing experience, including leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, with experience developing and guiding design talent.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Nice to have:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience leading accessibility audits, testing, and championing inclusive design best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Hands-on experience running A/B tests and using data and analytics to inform design decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience acting as the design lead for large programmes, accounts, or long-term client engagements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Familiarity with embedding design best practices, tools, and processes across teams or organisations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or scaling environments.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">What to expect from our hiring process</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">1.
