You are AI-enabled, well-resourced, and measure your success by what you ship and move, rather than the size of your team. You move comfortably between high-level strategy and engineering-grade specifics.</p> </div><br><strong>You'll be: </strong><br><div> <ul data-path-to-node="14"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,0,0">Lead the product direction and roadmap for the decision platform, from long-term strategy down to the detail of how a rule actually works.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,1,0">Decide which features and capabilities create the most scalable value, balancing near-term execution with strategic bets.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,2,0">Establish and systematically track the success metrics for the platform.</p> </li> <ul data-path-to-node="16"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,0,0">Set the direction for how the platform uses AI and machine learning, embedding predictive and supervised learning systems into production.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,1,0">Build self-learning systems so the platform continuously improves on its historical recommendations while keeping safety and explainability central.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,2,0">Read and reason about system architecture. Act as a credible equal in technical debates with engineers, making sharp trade-offs between speed-to-value and long-term scalability.</p> </li> <ul data-path-to-node="18"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="18,0,0">Help shape the product side of the platform's regulatory direction, including the decision to build it as Software/AI as a Medical Device (SaMD).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="18,1,0">Work fluently with sensitive patient data, partnering with clinical and quality colleagues to ensure safety and patient trust fundamentally shape the roadmap.</p> </li> <ul data-path-to-node="20"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="20,0,0">Proactively show engineering, clinical, design, and other product teams what the platform makes possible, while staying pragmatic about what they can absorb today.</p> </li> </ul></ul></ul></ul></div><br><strong>You'll need:</strong><br><div> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,0,0">A proven track record as a Senior or Principal Technical PM on complex platform, infrastructure, or systems products.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,1,0">Hands-on experience deploying machine learning in production, specifically supervised learning or predictive systems.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,2,0">Experience deploying or regulating software/AI as a medical device (SaMD), or working within closely comparable regulated frameworks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,3,0">Direct experience working with rules engines, knowledge graphs, or AI-driven decisioning systems.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,4,0">Experience in clinical, healthcare, or adjacent domains handling sensitive, highly detailed user data.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,5,0">Experience operating as a high-velocity individual contributor who leverages AI tools to cover ground that would traditionally require multiple people.</p> </li> </div><br><strong>It's a bonus if you have: </strong><br><div> <li> <p data-path-to-node="28,0,0">Experience scaling platform products across multiple international regulatory frameworks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="28,1,0">Prior experience working directly as a data scientist or software engineer before transitioning into technical product management.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="28,2,0">Experience dealing with complex biological or personalized health data points.</p> </li> </div><div><strong style="font-size: 16px;">Our benefits include...</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">📈&nbsp;
