<p><strong>Remote and ONLY candidates in the central time zone. 2-5 years of experience. $40.00 an hour. NO candidates outside of Central Time Zone will be contacted. Contract July to November.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Learning &amp; Development Specialist to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave. This role will support learning initiatives, training administration, content organization, and learning program execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently drives projects to completion.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support the administration and coordination of learning and development programs.</li><li>Maintain and update training matrices, learning records, and training documentation.</li><li>Assist with learning management system (LMS) activities and learning operations.</li><li>Organize, track, and manage learning-related projects to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Curate and refine existing content into learner-friendly formats.</li><li>Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, training materials, content outlines, and job aids.</li><li>Summarize complex information into clear, concise learning content.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and support learning initiatives.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve obstacles.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience supporting Learning &amp; Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Development functions.</li><li>2-4 years of experience</li><li>Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Workday Learning experience is a plus but not required.</li><li>Strong project coordination and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience maintaining training matrices and learning documentation.</li><li>Ability to create, edit, and refine presentation materials and learning content.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize information effectively.</li><li>Comfortable working independently with limited direction.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and changing business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Desired Traits</p><ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong follow-through and execution skills.</li><li>Agile and adaptable when priorities change.</li><li>Resourceful problem solver.</li><li>Self-directed learner with a proactive approach.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><br/><br/>Please mention the word **WINNER** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6MmE6OGMzOjoy when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6MmE6OGMzOjoy).
