Legal Consultant - Ethics & Compliance

<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Legal Consultant - Ethics &amp; Compliance </strong>to join our growing team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>provide legal and compliance advise to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop and oversee control systems for legal guidelines and internal policies.</li> <li>Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p><ul> <li>10+ years experience in Investigations / Regulatory / Compliance work.</li> <li>Experience with Conflicts of Interests, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, Due Diligence.</li> <li>Experience in Manufacturing, Tech, or Data Centers.</li> </ul><p><strong>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Location: </strong></p><p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace.
