<p><strong>Location: SWITZERLAND</strong></p><p><strong>Scope:</strong> Full Time, Employed</p><p><strong>Model:</strong> Fully Onsite </p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> As Per Industry Norm</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Aerospace Maintenance (Fixed Wing)</p><p>An amazing opportunity to build a new training organization from scratch.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)</p></li><li><p>Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical</p></li><li><p>Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives</p></li><li><p>Manage training records and certification documentation</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation</p></li><li><p>Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation</p></li><li><p>Act as an SME during internal audits</p></li></ul><br /><br /><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66 and EASA Part‑147 & 145</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in technical training delivery</p></li><li><p>Experience as practical assessor / competence evaluator</p></li><li><p>Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation </p></li><li><p>Familiar with SMS and Human Factors</p></li><li><p>Proficient with LMS and digital training/exam platforms</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>EASA Part‑66 License: Category B1 and/or B2</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em><span style="">Please submit your CV in English</span></em></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Due to the high volume of applicants only candidates with EASA pt.147 instructor experience will be contacted</em></strong></p><p style=";"></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
