Management Accountant Dayshift

<p></p><p>Position: Management Accountant</p><p>Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000</p><p>Working Hours &amp; Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST</p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis</li><li>Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management</li><li>Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs</li><li>Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends</li><li>Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations</li><li>Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance</li><li>Prepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboards</li><li>Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting</li><li>Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems</li></ul> <p></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p></p><p>Essential</p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline</li><li>3+ years’ experience in management accounting</li><li>Experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysis</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Experience with accounting and payroll systems</li><li>Desirable</li><li>Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto</li><li>Power BI or financial modelling experience</li></ul><p></p><p>Key Competencies</p><p></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Commercial mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **PROPITIOUSLY** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
